Problem With
The Shopping Cart ?
Our shopping cart is run by Javascript, and there is extensive use of Cookies.
This page should Automatically reset your Cookies and enable you to see
the items prices and continue using the shopping cart.
In case you clicked the Continue Shopping icon and still have
problem using the shopping cart, you must set up your browser manually to
accept Javascript, Cookies and SSL permission . the following describes
how to set up your browser.

3. You must set your browser to accept SSL
SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer. It is a high level encryption system
designed to provide secure online transactions.
This problem is IE specific. Click on
IE4: View -> Internet Options... -> Advanced -> Security
IE5: Tool -> Internet Options... -> Security -> Advanced -> Security

SSL 3.0
No problem with Netscape Navigator 4.
Associated problems with IE4 if SSL is not enabled:

It is important that you set your bookmark for this web site at the above
URL
and not http://www.or-com.com/shop/search.html
At the designated entry URL (www.or-com.com), any previous Cookie that
you may brought with you will be recognized and reset to zero.
With Netscape Navigator 4, click on

Associated problems if bookmark is not correct:
- Your shopping list contains items from previous visits
Quick Fix: Just click on the or-com.com logo at the top left corner of
every page, will leads you to the correct re-entry URL and reset your Cookies.
5. Pressing
(to place order) gives no response
You are probably going via a firewall or proxy server which does not support
https.
Your firewall or proxy server must allow https connections on port 443.
Please check with your network or systems administrator.
